Complete guide to permanently deleting your FinXclusive account

Important: Account Deletion is Permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from FinXclusive. This action cannot be undone. Please read the data loss information below before proceeding.

What Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • All personal finance data (expenses, income, budgets, savings goals)
  • All smart wallet profiles, accounts, and transactions
  • All tasks, reminders, and to-do items
  • All business data (customers, sales, market lists) if you have a business account
  • All documents, receipts, and uploaded files
  • All subscription and payment information
  • All referral data, codes, and earnings
  • Your profile information and account settings
  • All sync data and local backups

Note: Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

How to Delete Your Account

Delete via Mobile App

  1. Open the FinXclusive mobile app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings (usually accessible from the top-right of the dashboard screen )
  3. Go to Security section
  4. Scroll down to find Delete Account option
  5. Read the warning message carefully
  6. Tap Delete Account and confirm your decision
  7. You'll receive a 6-digit verification code via email
  8. Enter the verification code to complete the deletion

Tip: Make sure you have access to the email address associated with your account to receive the verification code.

Delete via Web (Login Required)

  1. Make sure you're logged into your FinXclusive account on the web
  2. Navigate to the Account Deletion page
  3. Read the warning message and data loss information carefully
  4. Click Continue to Delete to proceed
  5. Request a verification code (sent to your registered email)
  6. Enter the 6-digit verification code
  7. Confirm the deletion

Can't Access Your Account?

If you're unable to log in or access your account, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team directly.

In your email, please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name as it appears on your account
  • Reason for account deletion (optional)
  • Any additional information that can help us verify your identity

Processing Time: Account deletion requests via email are typically processed within 5-7 business days after identity verification.

Security & Verification

For your security, we require verification before deleting your account. This helps prevent unauthorized account deletion.

  • Verification codes are sent to your registered email address
  • Codes expire after 15 minutes for security reasons
  • You can request a new code if needed
  • All deletion requests are logged for security purposes

After Account Deletion

  • You will be immediately logged out of all devices
  • You will not be able to log in with your previous credentials
  • All your data will be permanently removed from our systems
  • You can create a new account with the same email address if you wish
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
