By accessing or using FinXclusive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including visitors, registered users, agents, and other contributors of content.

FinXclusive is an all-in-one business finance and operations platform that provides tools for:

• Financial transaction tracking and management
• Point of Sale (POS) operations
• Inventory and stock management
• Business analytics and reporting
• Agent referral and commission management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

As a user of FinXclusive, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

Some features of FinXclusive may require payment of fees. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FinXclusive and Netgrawl Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

In no event shall FinXclusive, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
