You can sign up directly via our website or mobile app using your email or phone number. Simply click "Sign In" or "Get Started" and follow the registration process. Verification is quick and secure.
Yes, FinXclusive has a free Starter Plan with basic tools perfect for individuals and freelancers. You can upgrade anytime to Pro or Enterprise plans for advanced features.
FinXclusive is available on iOS, Android, and web browsers. Your data syncs automatically across all devices, so you can access your information anywhere, anytime.
Accounts & Billing
Go to Settings → Billing, then click "Update Payment Method" to add or modify your payment information. We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money payments.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.

Navigate to Inventory in the main menu, then click "Add Product" to start tracking your stock. You can set low stock alerts, track sales, and manage restocks all from one place.
Agents & Teams
Visit the "Become an Agent" page and fill out the application form. Our team will review your application and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
Commissions are calculated based on your referrals and their subscription tiers. Check your dashboard for detailed commission breakdowns and payment schedules.
Your agent dashboard provides real-time tracking of all referrals, commissions earned, and payout history. You can view detailed reports and analytics.
Security & Data
Yes, we use bank-grade encryption and follow industry best practices to protect your data. Your information is stored securely and never shared without your consent.
Go to Settings → Security, then enable Two-Factor Authentication. You'll be guided through the setup process using an authenticator app or SMS.
Upon account deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, in accordance with data protection regulations. You can export your data before deletion.
