Getting Started
Yes! FinXclusive offers a free tier for personal finance management in the mobile app. The free tier includes expense tracking, budget planning, task management, Smart Wallet (1 profile, 3 accounts), savings goals, and offline mode. Business features (Pro and Enterprise) require a paid subscription and are available via web access.
Personal finance features are available free in the mobile app only. Web access is available for Pro and Enterprise business management subscriptions. Free users can sync their data across devices, but web access requires a paid subscription.

No credit card required for the free tier. For business features, you can start a free trial of Pro or Enterprise plans via our web platform.

The free tier includes: Task Organizer (50 tasks), Budget Planner (5 categories), Income & Expense Tracking, Smart Wallet (1 profile, 3 accounts), Automatic Income Allocation, Wallet Health Insights, Basic Reports & Analytics, Cross-Device Sync, Savings Goals, and Offline Mode. All available in the mobile app at no cost.
Pro (₦3,500/month) is for solo traders and small shops, offering full POS system, inventory management (500 products), credit tracking, market lists, and advanced reports. Enterprise (₦10,000/month) adds multi-user access (6 users), role-based permissions, staff management, and dedicated account manager. Both are web-based subscriptions with monthly billing.
The Advanced Smart Wallet is an optional upgrade for free mobile app users. It unlocks manual wallet-to-wallet transfers, increased profile limits, and additional account capacity. It requires a minimum 3-month subscription and is purchased through Google Play Store or Apple App Store as an in-app purchase.
Yes! Pro and Enterprise plans include a 7-day free trial. You can explore all features during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Visit our pricing page or web dashboard to start your trial.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro/Enterprise subscribers. For in-app purchases (Advanced Smart Wallet), refunds are handled by Google Play Store or Apple App Store according to their policies. See our Refund Policy page for complete details.
Features & Capabilities
Smart Wallet is our intelligent income allocation system. It automatically distributes your income across different wallet accounts (like envelopes) based on your preset allocation percentages. You can track spending per wallet, monitor wallet health, and ensure you stay within budget for different categories.
Yes! FinXclusive works completely offline in the mobile app. You can record expenses, track income, manage budgets, and use all free tier features without an internet connection. Your data automatically syncs when you reconnect to the internet.
In the app, you can record transactions using various payment methods including cash, bank transfers, mobile money, credit cards, and other payment types. For subscription payments, we accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers through our secure payment processors (Paystack, Stripe).
Yes! FinXclusive offers cross-device synchronization. Your data is securely stored in the cloud and automatically syncs across all your devices. Free users can sync between mobile devices, while Pro/Enterprise users can access their data on both mobile and web platforms.
Business features (Pro/Enterprise) include: Full POS system with receipt generation, Inventory management with stock tracking, Credit sales and customer management, Market lists and purchase orders, FIFO profit calculation, Daily closing summaries, Advanced analytics and reports, and Multi-user access (Enterprise only).
Account Management
You can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise by visiting our web platform and selecting a plan. Start with a 7-day free trial to explore the features. After the trial, your subscription will begin automatically. You can manage your subscription, upgrade, or downgrade anytime from your account settings.
Yes, you can cancel your Pro or Enterprise subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll continue to have access until then. For Advanced Smart Wallet subscriptions, cancel through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
You can delete your account through the account settings in the mobile app or web dashboard. We also provide a step-by-step Account Deletion Guide. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so please review what data will be removed before proceeding.
If you cancel a paid subscription, you'll lose access to Pro/Enterprise features at the end of your billing period. Your data remains stored, and you can continue using free features in the mobile app. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed according to our data retention policies.
Security & Support
Your data is protected with AES-256 encryption, secure authentication (JWT and OAuth 2.0), and encrypted local storage. All data transmission uses HTTPS (TLS 1.3). We use industry-standard security measures including secure password hashing, role-based access control, and regular security audits. Your financial data is never shared with third parties except as required for payment processing.
Free tier users receive email support. Pro and Enterprise subscribers get priority support including live chat, faster email response times, and extended support hours. Your data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure with regular backups. We use encrypted databases and follow industry best practices for data storage and protection. Your data is accessible only to you and authorized FinXclusive personnel for support purposes.
Technical Issues
Try closing and reopening the app, clearing the cache, or updating to the latest version. If issues persist, contact our support team at support@finxclusive.com.

Commissions are calculated based on your referrals and their subscription tiers. Check your dashboard for detailed commission breakdowns and payment schedules.
